General Terms Include
- Four (4) night minimum:
June - July require 5 night stay
Shorter stays accepted when available, please inquire - Holiday Times – Require a minimum night stay, please inquire
- Tax 8% on total stay
- One Time Cleaning fee of $100
- Deposit required 50% at booking
- Cancellation 60 days prior to arrival 25% cancellation fee
- Check-in after 5:00 PM on day of arrival
- Check-out by 11 AM on day of departure
- No Pets
- Non-Smoking
